1. DEFINITIONS

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

Company means Bell Transport Services Limited, its employees, agents, representatives, and authorized partners.
Customer means any individual or organization purchasing or using the Company's services.
Passenger means any person travelling with a valid ticket issued by the Company.
Services means all transportation and related services provided by Bell Transport Services Limited.
Ticket means a valid reservation issued upon successful payment and confirmation by the Company.
Force Majeure means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to accidents, floods, severe weather, road closures, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, fuel shortages, pandemics, government directives, or natural disasters.

2. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Bell Transport Services Limited and the Customer regarding the Company's transportation services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms shall apply to every booking, reservation, ticket purchase, and transportation service provided by the Company.
By making a reservation or using any of the Company's services, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
All bookings and reservations are subject to vehicle and seat availability.
Customers must provide complete and accurate information during booking, including passenger names, contact information, travel dates, destinations, number of passengers, and any travelling infants.
Reservations may be made before or on the day of departure, subject to availability.
Bookings are only valid when made through the Company's approved channels, including:
* Official terminals
* Official website
* Official mobile application
* Official customer service telephone numbers
Reservations made through unauthorized persons or unofficial channels shall be considered invalid.
Full payment must be made before any reservation is confirmed.
Tickets are non-transferable unless expressly approved by the Company.
The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of any passenger before boarding.

4. CHECK-IN
Passengers are required to arrive at the departure terminal at least 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Boarding may close 10 minutes before departure.
Passengers arriving after boarding has closed may be denied boarding.
Late arrival may result in loss of the reserved seat.
Where an alternative vehicle is unavailable, the Company shall not be responsible for providing refunds or alternative transportation.
Passengers are encouraged to comply strictly with the Company's check-in requirements.

5. LUGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Each passenger is entitled to one medium-sized luggage measuring approximately 30 × 22 × 15 inches together with one small hand bag.
Excess luggage may require payment of additional charges or the purchase of an additional seat.
Passengers are advised to use durable and properly secured luggage.
Valuable items including laptops, mobile phones, jewellery, passports, cash, confidential documents, and other fragile items must be carried as hand luggage.
The Company accepts no responsibility for valuables packed inside checked luggage.
Passengers should clearly label all luggage with their names and telephone numbers.
The Company reserves the right to inspect luggage where necessary for safety or security purposes.
The following items are strictly prohibited:
* Fuel
* Gas cylinders
* Generators
* Firearms without lawful authorization
* Explosives
* Illegal drugs
* Hazardous chemicals
* Any item prohibited by Nigerian law
The Company reserves the right to refuse any luggage that presents a safety or security risk.

6. CHILD SAFETY AND COMFORT POLICY
The Company recommends that children occupy the rear seats where appropriate for their comfort and safety.
Children aged 0 to 5 years may share one seat with one parent or guardian.
One adult may not occupy one seat with two children aged between 0 and 5 years.
Children aged 6 years and above must occupy their own seat and must have a valid ticket.
Children below 6 years shall not travel unaccompanied.

7. PRICE INFORMATION
All fares are determined in accordance with applicable laws and operational costs.
The Company reserves the right to revise fares due to economic conditions, fuel price increases, government regulations, or other operational factors.
Customers who complete payment before any fare adjustment shall retain the original fare paid.
New bookings made after a fare adjustment shall attract the prevailing fare.
Promotional fares may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

8. RESCHEDULING
Passengers may request to reschedule their journey subject to availability.
Requests made more than 24 hours before departure shall attract a rescheduling fee of 25 percent of the ticket value.
Requests made between 12 and 24 hours before departure shall attract a rescheduling fee of 30 percent.
Requests made less than 12 hours before departure may not be accepted.
All rescheduling is subject to seat availability and prevailing fares.
The Company reserves the right to refuse rescheduling during peak travel periods.

9. TERMINAL STOPS AND OPERATIONAL DELAYS
The Company may stop at designated terminals to pick up passengers, conduct routine inspections, or comply with regulatory requirements.
Journey times are estimates only.
Operational delays may occur due to traffic, weather, security checks, mechanical inspections, road conditions, or other operational requirements.
The Company shall not be liable for delays arising from these circumstances.

10. TICKET VALIDITY
Unused tickets or approved rescheduled bookings remain valid for ninety (90) days from the original booking date.
Tickets not used within this period shall automatically expire.

11. MISSING OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS
Passengers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings.
Missing items must be reported within 12 hours after arrival.
Reports should include detailed descriptions of the missing property.
Recovered items shall only be released after satisfactory proof of ownership.
Unclaimed items shall be kept for a maximum period of 30 days.
Perishable items may be disposed of immediately.
The Company shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless such liability is established by applicable law.

12. IN TRANSIT BREAKDOWN
Despite regular vehicle maintenance, unforeseen mechanical breakdowns may occur.
Where possible, the Company shall provide replacement vehicles or alternative arrangements.
Tickets affected by an in-transit breakdown shall not be reusable.
Refunds shall not be provided solely because of an in-transit breakdown.
The Company shall not be liable for missed flights, hotel reservations, business appointments, examinations, interviews, or any indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays.

13. CANCELLATIONS
Customers wishing to cancel a reservation should notify the Company at least 24 hours before departure.
Failure to appear without prior notification shall constitute a no-show.
Customer cancellations do not qualify for refunds.

14. SAFETY AND SECURITY
Passengers shall cooperate with all security checks.
Passengers must comply with all lawful instructions given by Company staff.
Seat belts must be worn throughout the journey where provided.
Passengers shall bear any penalties arising from their refusal to comply with applicable road safety laws.
The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation to any passenger who:
* Appears intoxicated
* Behaves violently or abusively
* Threatens passengers or staff
* Refuses lawful instructions
* Poses a safety or security risk

15. NO SHOW POLICY
A passenger who fails to report for boarding without prior cancellation or approved rescheduling shall be deemed a no-show.
The Company may cancel the reservation without refund.

16. REFUND POLICY
Except where required by applicable law, all ticket purchases are final.
Bell Transport Services Limited operates a strict no-refund policy.
Passengers who miss their journey due to late arrival or absence shall not receive refunds.


17. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including accidents, floods, severe weather, road closures, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, pandemics, government directives, fuel shortages, or natural disasters.

18. PRIVACY
The Company shall collect and process customer information solely for operational, security, customer service, and legal purposes in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

19. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bell Transport Services Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

20. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Customer complaints should be submitted through the Company's official customer service channels within seven (7) days of the journey.
The Company shall investigate and respond within a reasonable time.

21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved amicably. Where an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

23. AMENDMENTS
Bell Transport Services Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions shall become effective immediately upon publication through the Company's official communication channels.
Continued use of the Company's services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
