Bookings can be made via phone calls, the companyβs official website, or mobile applications. Other channels are considered invalid. Reservations are only confirmed after successful payment.
Paasenger must arrive at the terminal for physical check-in 30 minutes before the estimated departure time. Late arrival may result in losing your seat or traveling on another vehicle (subject to availability). No refund is given for missed check-in, but travel dates may be rescheduled.
Each customer is allowed one medium-sized luggage (30βx22βx15) β that is one box and one small bag. Excess luggage must be sent via another fleet or paid for with an extra seat. Please Note: "Ghana Must Go" bags, perishable items (such as fish and onions), and other prohibited items are not allowed. You are advised to waybill your excess luggage. Hazardous materials such as gas cylinders, generators, and fuel in gallons are strictly prohibited. No. Laptops, electronics, and other valuable/fragile items must be carried as hand luggage. The company may refuse unsafe or prohibited baggage.
Children aged 0-5 may share a seat with a parent. However, a parent with two children in this age range must purchase two tickets. Children 0-5 cannot travel unaccompanied. We recommend reserving the last two seats at the back for children.
Yes. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to a 25% rescheduling fee. If requested less than 12 hours before departure, the fee is 30%. Rescheduling depends on seat availability and current rates.
You have 90 days from the initial booking date to use the reservation. After that, the ticket is forfeited.
You must cancel at least 24 hours before departure to avoid being marked as a no-show. A no-show (without prior reschedule or cancellation) voids your ticket. The company may also cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen operational reasons. What is considered a βno-showβ? A no-show is when you fail to appear for your scheduled service without prior notification, rescheduling, or cancellation. The company may cancel your booking and refuse any refund or compensation.
Bell Transport does not have a refund policy. However, tickets are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
